At Timepieces International, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn watches and jewelry. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all protective films and tags intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account or contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Timepiece
Securely place the item in its original presentation box, including all warranty cards and manuals, and pack it inside a sturdy shipping carton.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking number.
Inspection and Refund
Once our master watchmakers inspect the item for original condition, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
